Please show up 10 minutes prior to reservation time. If you show up earlier we will not be able to check you in.
We do allow all of our parties to decorate! However, please keep this simple! Table cloths and balloons are a great way to decorate!
Sorry, but we do not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought in. You can bring in Cake if you have a scheduled party with us, but nothing else, this includes: ice cream, veggie trays, fruit trays, chips, and juice boxes. Our parties include drinks, pizza and unlimited water. Everything is made in a ServSafe Kitchen.
Birthday Candles are more then welcome! We do provide lighters as well. No need to bring your own.
You will be provided a party room for the first 1 hour and 30 minutes. Drinks & pizza (if you have chosen the pizza party) will be delivered approximately 45 minutes after the parties start time. We will direct everyone to your room so you don’t have to worry about gathering everyone up when it’s pizza time. Cake time should follow immediately after. The last 30 minutes of the party we will have a team member clean the room while you are taking gifts out to your car.
Its all included at no additional charge! You don’t need to bring anything in on the day of your party. We will provide gloves for serving, and cake servers as well.
Yes, we are a self serve birthday party! This means your serve all of the pizza, drinks and cake. We cook and cut the pizza and provide everything you need to serve.
Skate Mates are an additional rental fee — they are $5 – they are first come first served! We keep about 60+ skate mates. Unfortunately we don’t allow you to rent these in advanced.
No, we don’t need a guest list! Wrist bands will be provided. Please feel free to use them for both adults and kids.
Everything on your invoice under the party you selected is included. Please refer to our website if you are confused. Everything is listed in detail on our site as well.
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if something arises prior to 7 days before your event, your deposit can be used toward rescheduling. Your notice of reschedule must be made 7 days prior to the event and the party must be rescheduled within 30 days notice. This does not mean the party must occur within 30 days of notice, but that it must be scheduled within 30 days of the time frame.
You will be asked to pay for your payment when checking in for your party! You will pay the remaining balance at this time. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards. Sorry, we don’t allow any checks or gift cards.
Adults who are not skating are more than welcome to walk out on the skate floor to help their child we just ask you to stay in the blue. Adults and Siblings who would like to skate can purchase admission and skate rental at the front counter.
Adult Birthday Parties will be charged for each guest they invite.
We ask that all parties pick up ALL trash, including all plates, napkins and cups etc. We will clean the tables and vacuum the room for you. Please be considerate don’t allow the kids to throw cake or make a mess. Your party room will be used right after you for another party guest. We don’t want the next birthday child to wait for their room because of messes. Any messes that are not cleaned up will be charged $50. We will clean up about 30 minutes prior to the end of your party time. This is a great time to take gifts to your car or anything else you may need to take out.
You may purchase goody bags from us! Please hand out all goody bags at the end of the birthday party.
Due to the high volume of parties, we will not extend party room times due to lateness.
You can come in 15 mins before your scheduled time and begin setting up. Your guest can start coming in right at the start time. You will let your party coordinator when you would like to eat and do cake we ask that you throw trash away and be making your way out 15 mins after your parties end time.
